The class is designed to provide specific tool to deal with the real world. It will address effective communication, how to deal with the most common fraud problems in business, the cost benefits of bureaucracy, due diligence practices and much more!
This course addresses key competencies on strategy and brings together different business leadership perspectives: environment analysis, business strategy, market competition and setting goals. Being able to thinking strategically by understanding the competitive arena and becoming an on strategic planning will leverage your leadership skills to a whole new level.

Students will work in teams, guided by a professor and in partnership with a business. They will develop a consultancy related to a challenge that the business is facing, analyzing the problem, and proposing solutions. Professors will advise students according to their expertise.

This course has the aim of preparing the students to explore their professional aspirations, understand the skills required for it, then ultimately guide and discipline students in acquiring these skills. This course is unique in the sense that it doesn't have a predetermined content for students to learn. Rather, students will choose their customized learning pathways based on their own professional aspirations, and by talking to industry experts to understand which skills they must acquire to have a successful career in their areas of interest. Thus each student in the class will create their unique learning path. The role of the instructors will be to guide and monitor the process.
